New Feats:
Ability Focus: Eldritch Blast
Grants a +2 DC bonus to all Eldritch Blast effects, including shape and essence DCs.
Extend Invocations
Increases the caster level by 4 for all Warlock Invocations which use caster level to determine duration.
Light Shield Proficiency
This feat allows a character to use Light Shields only. This feat is not selectable (One can still select the stock Shield feat at level up which also includes Heavy Shields) but gained by certain classes as an equipment proficiency at level 1. The classes which gain this feat are Assassin, Duelist, Eldritch Knight, Rogue, Shadow Thief of Amn, and Swashbuckler.
Magical Aptitude
You have an uncanny talent for spellcasting of all kinds. All spells you cast are used as if your caster level were 1 higher. This only applies to caster level based perimeters such as duration, damage, and checks to defeat Spell Resistance; it does not grant more spells per day. This doesn't allow spells to exceed standard caps, such as an 11d6 Fireball.
Can only be taken at level 1.
Altered feats:
Bane of Enemies
Has been removed as a selectable feat. Too much damage potential on a PvP server.
Blinding Speed
Is now a free action to activate.
Brew Potion
Has been removed as a selectable feat. The Craft Alchemy skill will take on the role of creating magical potions.
Daylight Adaptation
Removed for now as a selectable feat, light blindness penalties are bugged in NWN 2 and will have to be fixed before this feat is of any use.
Divine Vengeance
Is now a free action to activate.
Indomitable Soul
Has been removed as a selectable feat. Excessive save boost.
Improved Favored Enemy
Has been removed as a selectable feat. Not only would this feat be excessively powerful on a PvP server, but its actual bonus is a whopping +5 instead of the listed +3.
Luck of Heroes
Has been removed as a selectable feat. Now only obtainable through Swashbuckler class or Luck Cleric domain.
Practiced Spellcaster
The myriad old Practiced Spellcaster feats have been consolidated into a single feat. This feat functions for any and all casting classes a character may have, including Warlock. Errors allowing caster level to exceed total levels have also been fixed.
Spellcasting Prodigy
Removed, excessive casting boost. Minor replacement introduced as a new feat.
Steadfast Determination
Has been removed as a selectable feat. Excessive save boost.
Weapon Finesse
Has been removed as a feat; all PCs gain the effects of this feat without needing it any more. Your typical Elven mage can wield a dagger and use his Dexterity instead of Strength without any special training now.
