Racial changes will be few in number for the most part, mostly increasing the abilities of less useful races.
Several races are not allowed as they do not fit the setting and some races have fort restrictions as listed.
One or two new races will likely be added in the future, notably a half elf/half drow race.
ECL races: In addition to standard slower leveling, ECL races lose more XP than standard races on death.
Dwarf, Gray
Elf, Drow
Genasi
Gnome, Deep
Gray Orc
Half Drow
Half Elf
Half Orc
Yuan-ti Pureblood

Dwarf, Gray
-Cannot be made as they have no place in the setting.
Elf, Drow
-No longer suffer light sensitivity. (Or, more accurately, the light sensitivity feature doesn't work in NWN 2, so I just removed the trait entirely.)
-Now receive proficiency with the shortsword, rapier, and light crossbow instead of elven proficiencies.
-Axfell only.
Genasi
-Cannot be made as they have no place in the setting. (No one likes you anyway, Genasi)
Gnome, Deep

Gray Orc

-Receives proficiency with the Greataxe as a bonus feat.
-Axfell only. Axfell has welcomed in several nomadic tribes from the north pushed out by hostile forces in recent years.
Half Drow
-Now receives Spell Resistance of 5 + character level.
-No longer receives Skill Affinity: Diplomacy or Skill Affinity: Bluff. Drow heritage tends to hurt trust.
-Now receive proficiency with the shortsword, rapier, and light crossbow as Drow do.
Half Elf
-Now receives Elven Weapon Proficiencies.
Half Orc
-Receives proficiency with the Greataxe as a bonus feat.
-Now receives Long Gait as Gray Orcs do.
Yuan-ti Pureblood
-Cannot be made as they have no place in the setting. Anphillia is home to hostile Yuan-ti, potential spies would never be allowed.
