Class changes will generally be minor, primarily filling in small gaps or tweaking abilities up or down a notch. This list will be updated as changes are made, if any.
There is a significant adjustment to base classes only, however, in the form of extra feats to keep base classes on par with Prestige classes. This is standardized at 1 extra feat for every 6 levels in a base class. This is not total base classes, but every 6 levels in each base class. Thus a level 26 Cleric/4 Fighter would only have 4 bonus feats while a 24 Cleric/6 Fighter would gain the maximum 5. This gives base class builds a 1-2 feat total advantage over typical Prestige class builds, or even more against Prestige heavy builds. A 20 Fighter/10 Dwarven Defender would have 3 extra feats compared to the above 4 and 5, for example.
Assassin
Barbarian
Bard
Cleric
Druid
Duelist
Eldritch Knight
Favored Soul
Fighter
Frenzied Berserker
Monk
Neverwinter Nine
Paladin
Pale Master
Ranger
Red Dragon Disciple
Rogue
Shadow Thief of Amn
Shadowdancer
Sorcerer
Spirit Shaman
Swashbuckler
Warlock
Weaponmaster
Wizard

Assassin
-Now receives the Light Shield Proficiency for free.
-No longer receives Hide In Plain Sight due to exploitability.
Barbarian
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
-Barbarian Rage is now a free action.
Bard
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
Cleric
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
Druid
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
Duelist
-Now receives the Light Shield Proficiency for free.
-Improved Reaction is now a free action to activate.
Eldritch Knight
-Now receives the Light Shield Proficiency for free.
Favored Soul
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
-Now receives the Martial Weapon Proficiency and Exotic Weapon Proficiency for free. This change is to avoid a bug regarding deity weapon proficiencies.
Fighter
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
Frenzied Berserker
-Frenzy is now a free action. Note that Inspire Frenzy still requires a round to activate.
-Frenzy has been changed to grant bonuses to attack and damage directly instead of a Strength bonus. The problems with stat stacking in NWN 2 makes a Strength bonus very lackluster. This also adds more variety, as Frenzy is more effective for a two weapon fighter now. Frenzy grants +1 while Greater Frenzy grants +2.
-Frenzy only inflicts 2 damage per round now, closer to 3.5 design.
-Inspire Frenzy has the same changes as Frenzy other than taking a full round action to use.
Monk
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
-Flurry of Blows glitch adjustment: FOBs has a serious glitch which always grants 1 more attack than it should. At level one it grants 2 extra attacks instead of 1, and Greater Flurry dishes out a whopping 3 extra attacks instead of 2. To compensate and avoid exploitative builds, Monks now gain Flurry of Blows at level 6 and no longer gain Greater Flurry. Note that by level 9 this glitch creates the exact same effect as Greater Flurry, so essentially the Monk's ability is delayed in acquisition but advances very rapidly. This was the best solution to a hard-coded problem.
-No longer receives Quivering Palm, as we're avoiding instant death effects for PvP.
-Now gains Uncanny Dodge at level 1 and Improved Uncanny Dodge at level 4.
Neverwinter Nine
-Is now a class known as a "Guardian". Requirements are now as follows:
-4 ranks Spot
-4 ranks Search
-Base Attack +5
-Lawful Alignment
-Alertness feat
Paladin
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
Pale Master
-Pale Master casting advancement is now equal to the Eldritch Knight's. Instead of +1 per 2 levels he now receives +1 on all levels other than level 1.
-At level 10 the Pale Master is now also immune to Sneak Attacks as well as Critical Hits, as intended.
-Has lost the AC boost ability of Bone Skin. Has been replaced by Simplified Casting, an ability which reduces Arcane Spell Failure caused by armor. At level 1 this bonus is -5%, at level 3, -10%, level 6 -15%, and level 9 -20%. This is close to the 3.5 implementation of the Pale Master and helps put an end to corny Pale Master based melee builds.
-The Pale Master now receives Light and Medium Armor Proficiencies to accommodate the above changes. We cannot match PnP precisely, but this should suffice.
Ranger
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
-Most feats which enhance the effects of Favored Enemy have been removed. In a PvP server stacking massive bonuses against other PC races would be extremely powerful. The only remaining option is Favored Power Attack.
-No longer receives Hide In Plain Sight: Outdoors due to exploitablity.
-Now gains Uncanny Dodge at level 8 and Improved Uncanny Dodge at level 16.
Red Dragon Disciple
-Breath Weapon is a free action. (Untested)
Rogue
-1 bonus feat every 6 levels.
-Now receives the Light Shield Proficiency for free.

Spirit Shaman

-Now receives the Light Shield Proficiency for free.
-Since Weapon Finesse is no longer needed due to house rules, the Swashbuckler now gains the Dodge feat for free at level 1 even if he lacks the prerequisites.
